I got the broken storage message two days ago, tried lots of the usual fixes. Nothing. Put it on my laptop, get the message "plug Magicjack into the usb" which it is.
Others have suggested going into my computer, admin tasks, and reformatting the drive, but on both my systems that option is greyed ...
