So far, I have noticed the problem with some #s in the 817 area code only. There may be other area codes ith the same problem (see the first post in this topic). The cellphone is physically located in the 817 area.

Problem is also happening between different area codes.

I am calling from area code 702.
Calls to an AT&T POTS line and a VOIP line in area code 817 are getting the dial 1 or 0 message.
Calls to an AT&T cellphone line in 817 area code is going through.
Calls to 469 area code going through ...
