Do what Mozerd says - the dial *67X*XX-XXX-XXXX - works - I am in Ontario and have a Virgin Mobile pay as you go phone - Can call to and from Some 800 numbers are not accessable from Canada but this works also for them - (the XXX-XXX-XXXX = your number with area code) - good luck happymajickjackin

To answer my own question - I chatted with Mitch on the help line - sent me an upgrade - worked immediatly !!

Running Vista home premium - MJ worked great till this morning - goes to ready to call just like its supposed to but when I make a call I get a busy signal even though the called phone is not. I tried the MJ in my old thinkpad with XP pro and it works fine - any ideas - Thanks (damn vista!!!)
