Here's what I think. The heck with soldering this or that, or buying this adapter or that one. Why should a consumer have to do this?
Maybe MJ should put up a sidebar saying their product is marginal and they have sold more than their technology can keep up with.

I've had MJ for the past 7 months. The 1st 6 were fine. The last month has been terrible. The updates do not work and customer service stinks. Keep your land line. Something with MJ has changed.

You must be 1 of the chosen few. MJ customer support is terrible at best!

My MJ is directly connected to my PC. No wireless at all.
Thinking my MJ unit broke after 7 months. No other explanations or remedies make sense to me.
The bad part of this? No replacement policy for defective equipment. Terrible customer service.

Using MJ with Vista SP1. Does it work? Mine doesn't.
Terrible echo, terrible connections, constant disconnects, etc.
I like the price. But it's not worth the aggravation.

Have tried both corded and cordless phone. One cordless was a 2.4 and the 2nd a 5.8. Problem continues

Hi speed cable connection (8 mps) from Wowway.

Constantly get garbled talk when listening to incoming calls. Caller hears me ok, but their conversation is always broken while I listen.

Have done the upgrade thing with no results. Also have unplugged/plugged the MJ back in as suggested. Have tried 3 different phones and a different USB port ...

Accidentally broke my MJ last week. My trial period expired 4 months ago. Satisfied with the service, but.
The live chat has nothing to offer on this. Keep getting transferred to 1 of their "experts" who are of no help.

When I try to pay a bill by phone or transfer funds from my bank, the MJ doesn't recognize the account numbers, PIN's etc.
