FINALLY, a way to send the gripes to someone who can actually FIX them. Doesn't mean they will be fixed but its progress.

They changed to my account email, not my voicemail email ...

I think ... we all received a new update and it broke me. I theorize that the new update was for Vista and XP didn't like it at all.
My symtoms were: Magic jack was plugged in but the warning you must plug in magicjack was being displayed.

I ran the recover program and it said ERROR: Broken Storage ...

I use the mj voicemail system so that I get email notification when I get a voicemail. It has always worked fine but now I get email for voicemail and call to hear the messages, mj says there are no messages. I keep checking and even days later it doesn't have any messages. What in the world is ...

I do not see the instructions in the FAQ....it just all about posting here.

I am afraid you have to be logged in. No way around it. Now you could set up XP to not pause at the log in screen. I am contemplating that with a separate system that will only be used for MJ. A thin client maybe.

Nope, just happy the problem was fixed.

The way to fix this is to tell the chat dude that you have an error 400. THEN they will reset you and THEN everything will work.

I've owned the MJ for a few months without trouble. Today, when someone calls my MJ number from anywhere...even the US...it says:
"the number you have dialed is not in service at this time. Please check the number and dial again"
IE: I have been disconnected.
