I ordered the MJ last night and gave a PO Box as address.
I did not request rush delivery, just $7 slow.
I checked the order status just now and it says that it is shipped.
Does MJ ship via US mail or ship to a PO Box in USA?

Placed the order and received MJ just a couple of days later. The order confirmation, shown below, was very specific as to how and when CC would be charged.

I had the same problem. Tech support was clueless.

The problem disappeared after a day or so.

I emailed Dan B about intermittent choppiness that made the MJ useless while it was happening, sometimes for an entire day.

I got an email response the next morning with the following suggestion.
