The idea is fabulous. The product sucks. Some calls do not go through. Very bad delay, which makes it very very hard to have a conversation. Seems pretty hard to get help here. i quit using mine because I cant get the delay fixed and cant seem to get any help from anyone, especillay MJ. Customer service is 100% horrible.

That's 359 for the refund part alone, the complaint amount is 650. I believe it too. One of the best scams in history.
