:D So after spending about 24 hours working on my box I found the solution to this problem:
Go to driverguide.com/register/download "USBAUDIO.sys" (win98 version works on all window versions, so it doesn't matter that it's old).
Go to device manager and make sure usb internet phone by tiger jet is ...
