This program works. But when a call comes through its ringing both on pc and phone. Id rather it just ring phone. Any idea how i can stop it from ringing pc as well? I'm using windows 7 ultimate 64bit. Thanks in advance...

open it up go to menu<advanced users(i believe)<minimize to system tray. Hope that is what you were wanting.

*Update* It wasnt the magicjack that caaused the issue. magicjack is up and running as a service on windows 7 and all is well.

Has anyone else ran magicjack as a service on windows 7? If so did you experience freezing?

I myself and many others will not use an app that is caught by my antivirus as malware. Especially from an unknown source. If you want people to use your software your gonna have to find a way around the av freak out thing.

run malwarebytes antimalware it works better than spybot.

Ive tried everything possible in different configs including dif proxies. I have set the magic jack up to run as a service for now! took 5 minutes and its better than having that ignorant app pop up everytime someone uses the phone or calls! still upset tho it was very nice to not have to leave pc ...

I have been able to get the info with the latest version of his program that is not the issue we are having! run it more than once and it will grab the info!

ok ive witnesses something that may help! my old proxy was proxy1.stlouis.talk4free.com the one that came up today when i grabbed the info is proxy01.stlouis.talk4free.com and i can recieve incoming but cant make outgoing calls!

My password changed 2 times today alone! The first time it changed I needed to update to the latest version and it gave me the new password. It worked for a few hours and again failed to connect. Looked again and it was another password all together! Anyone else have this happen?
