It took me 4 days to have them send me an email with the 'code' which only gives you 4 yrs (or less depending when your license is set to expire) PLUS one year of service??? Suppport could not explain the 'service' as I was already a 1 year customer. Support ...

Besides finding the 'special offer' of $59.95 for 4 years on my MJ account, I also see "If you received a redemption code for additional years..." Anyone know how one goes about getting one of these redemption codes?
