Does anybody know if you can make a dial plan like that with Handytone? (I use HT502)
Code:
(1747xxxxxxxS0 |1866[2-9]xxxxxxS0 |1877[2-9]xxxxxxS0 |1888[2-9]xxxxxxS0 |1800[2-9]xxxxxxS0 |<411:18004664411>S0 |911!|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx<:@192.168.169.105:5060>|011!)
Thanks!

Funny enough, I couldn't get the ATA to register, and Xten registered only when I start it first, and then immediately turn on the proxy, but the ATA could make & receive calls without being registered? I use HT502.

For some reason it doesn't work when I use my gmail username or [email protected]. I get busy signal and no call back...

On the other hand [email protected] works fine.

What a great program, all we need now is DD-WRT version!

PS: G5 - what a shameful deception in regard to GV integration.

Magictalkbox

I was just curious if anybody came across or tried Magictalkbox (http://pcphoneunlimited.com/) - seems like magicjack, only a little more expensive, and they give you their own ATA. No USB donges.

I think that the easiest way to find out without asking would be to check what is the edition that you can flash. If it's micro - than no, probably it won't work. If it's mini - it probably will. Anything higher - it will.

Just go to dd-wrt software page and click on your router model.

Hey, guys, really need help.
I have WRT54GS v7, I was only able to flash it with DD-WRT v24 (05/24/08) micro (SVN revision 9526). I seems that that's the only version allowed on v7 machines.
I enabled JFFS2 with

nvram set jffs_mounted=1
nvram set enable_jffs2=1
nvram set sys_enable_jffs2=1

I am running out of my year term on MJ, and not renewing... If it's a matter of price, I would go with telbo.com (no SIP as well) - but $10/year. But personally, I need SIP and will probably switch to one of the betamax products.

No ports are forwarded. Before they changed passwords several months ago everything was working perfectly well; other services work fine (like gizmo or internetcalls.com); same problem on both X-ten & VOIP box.

I have the same problem, and only when not using MJ device. I tried all kinds of things, and nothing worked. Tried to use proxy1.(city).com, talk4free.com, 216.234.70.8:5070, etc. - nothing worked.

The only solution I found was to forward all calls to Line2 of my HT502, and use separate lines for ...

Re: New MJ Problems

I changed the proxy to various options, including from the damp file. I didn't change any settings since the last time it worked; but I did try keep alive & using stun server options. The HT registers, people can't hear me when they call me. Same thing on eyeBeam.

New MJ Problems

I run MJ on Handytone 502. Ever since MJ changed the password, I keep running into problems. The status page shows me as registered, but I am unable to recieve calls. Or if I reboot the router, I might recieve a call, but the calling person cannot hear me, however they can hear the touch-tones ...

I've been looking for solutions, tried all the outdated methods, but nothing seems to work. I guess it's a constant race against MJ, who outsmarts who. Anyway, if anybody has a suggestion how to get sip credentials, woud be greatly appreciated.
