help please
have had mj for over a year with no major problems. (only choppy calls now and then) but overall works great for us

now:
when computer rebooted and mj came up my entire list of contact name and phone numbers were gone, asked for login and password and now have annoying dropped calls ...

For some reason when MJ was powering up, I lost all my contacts. Any way to get this list back??/ ugh I didn't write the numbers down

Also I have the same problem with dropped calls... 10 sec to 1 minute or more... while talking just goes dead I cant hear them, they cant hear me but counter ...

constantly get annoying feedback and squealing especially when using speaker phone
what can I do

does mj have updates available? If so can I set my computer to receive them automatically?
