I have reconfigured by DSL, and Router following those manufacturer's instructions, but I cannot make an outbound call. The instructions posted on www.magicjack.com were inadequate and the "live" support didn't work either. Is there some simple fix that I am missing?

Greetings: I have burned about 24 hours trying to get this "free" service to work. No luck with MJ's on line "live" support despite 2 attempts. I have DSL Westell modem + a Linksys router. I reinstalled the modem and the router. Followed every suggested "fix" on MJ's website. I get dial tone, but ...
