Try this and see if it fixes your magicJack. When you install magicJack it installs in 2 drives. For example mine is in magicJack (E:) and (F:). You cannot reformat ...

Same thing happen to me but it was my mistake...I accidently reformated my MJ while doing a new install of windows.You now have to go to Admin tools,Computer Management,Disk Management and reformat ...
