Question: When does my plan start?
I just bought a magicJack, but after reading some negative reviews and finding out that it's not compatible yet with non-Intel Macs, I've decided that I'm going to wait before I try it out.
Does my 1 year plan start when I install the software/begin using the device, or when I purchased the plan?
