I opened ports from 5060-5070 on my router as per MJ sujested me yesterday on a chat session but they did not say anything about 80 or 443.

MJ on networked comp only works connected directly to modem

I can only log in to magic jack if the computer I ma uusing id directly connected to my modem. when the computer is connected to the router it is unable to log in and I get an error 4, even when the computer has access to the internet. I forwarded port 5060-5070 on my router and still no luck. Are ...

Actually I don't think I did. I ran it just to make sure that Direct X intalled but did't pay attention to it. I will try that today when I get home. Should I just let it run and do its thing and then comit?

Yes, when I run DXDIAG it runs. Is there something I need to do on there to make the MJ work?

i just configured my t5710 with 512/512 from scratch added the directX and still get the audio error. any help?
