People are complaining too "loudly" about the "tech support agents". What's the problem? Should have known for $30 yearly, they can't afford to spring for U.S. tech support. The owners aren't crazy- they know exactly what they're doing. They know what's best for us. So stop complaining and take it like we've always been taking it: up the you-know-what! We're Americans and should be used to being shafted. What's good enough for 3rd world countries is good enough for good ole Americans! Right, MJ execs?

I think we knew tech support would be minimal but I don't think we expected it to be out right bad ! I mean there are people in this forum that know more of the product than their own tech support. Smile

Only a quite naive person would have expected customer service on par with, say, Dell or Porche, but we have basically been screwed royally for the $30 yearly we pay. Every day I have to make sure that the MJ Plus is working. I've been having that problem of unplugging it from the router each day for it to reset. Ridiculous! But I'm willing to go through it because I've been a Vonage customer for 2 years and got tired of paying over $30 per month. Not a great trade-off, but I guess it's better to have "free" service than paying out of one's nose for the same call quality.
