ok guys firstly excuse my English.
well I think all we here must go to the majickjack site and bother them for a linux driver, like I always do. here's a conversation I have with the costumer service today:

Carlos: majick jack is a very cool device but
Carlos: tell Mr DAn that the linux community is very disappointed with him
Carlos: we have been waiting for a linux drive r for more that 1 year
Carlos: and we paid for the majicjack too
Kyla: Yes Carlos, Don't worry I will forward your concern to the management.
Carlos: so he should take us seerius too

Carlos: yes for more than a year
Xander: As of now we are still working on it to work with Linux system. But we do not have exact date yet for it to be available

Carlos: why?
Carlos: wy you need my full name?
Xander: So that I can issue some suggestion and forward it to our higher department
Carlos: ok
Xander: For them to know a lot of people are waiting for the magicjack to Linux systems.
Carlos: first tell to the hight departmet that im here b/c i heard a promise fron a year agao
Carlos: thanks Xander i hope that the hiht department take this conversation seriously
