How come the tech-support girl, with the sweet American name, chats like Apu? |

They all have English names over there. I ran into the same issue with HP and several other companies who offshore their tech support. I can't imagine what part of "give me American" tech support was so hard to understand, but I've met all sorts of people who live in India named Brian, Michael, Sam, Cheryl, and so forth.
Maybe we should all change our names too. |
