is one very good man. He has come through for me and had my phone fixed within hours every time I have emailed him with a problem. I don't have many but this newest one was over my head which isn't that hard to do. I couldn't dial toll free numbers. I noticed others having the same problem and it is now fixed. I sent Mike an email today! Thats great service and I told Dan the boss to give this guy a raise. It's really hard to find that kind of dedicated employee these days. So, he wrote back and this is his letter.

I'm glad it is working well now. Sorry for the inconvenience. We had an issue with a downstream provider.

Now thats the way to treat a customer! If your having any problems that won't go away and you have tried tech support you can email me and I will give you his email address. I don't want to put it on here and have the man flooded with mail for simple problems but the big ones like not being able to make calls is major.So as a last resort type thing email me at [email protected]- and if nobody here can help you get it fixed Mike will. |
