please someone should help me out.I am using toshiba satelite laptop with window vista but i have been trying to connect my magicjack on loading it will bring the magickjack cant connect to the internet .please help me out.sholly

open internet options
then click connections and then Click LAN settings then uncheck all check box there, click Ok then OK, then plug in your MJ to different USB port, if does not work ask help to magicjack chat support....

If you are operating on a wireless LAN, connect your computer directly to the router, then plug up your MJ. Using a wireless LAN and the MJ, can have sporadic results and often displays the infamous ERROR 3 code message.

Try the connect to the router fix, and see if that clears up the issue!
