tried to use phone about an hour ago,started the machine , good ole MJ loaded without my contacts or called #'s,it says retrying in 5 min"waited...still no info or #'s..but i can make or receive calls...just wondering if this is another sever issue ? also did a restart with no results...
so i'll just use the rolodex until this is taken care of....if it ever is.... |

They are probably having server problems but just won't admit it.
I had this problem a few minutes ago and it has been happening for the last two days, I didn't use it much in the recent past so I'm not sure when it started.
I was talking to my brother and he happened to be speaking. At the 5 minute mark exactly of the phone call, I stopped being able to hear him.
Now is this server problems or is this a problem with the updated software?
He was still able to hear me and when i called back, I could talk to him.
There seems to be some test code or something that someone forgot to take out. Hello? Developers? Sound familiar? |

They did do an update recently.
So if you haven't been using the MJ recently, then that's what happened. |
