| I just got the MJP and plugged it in and had problems with the driver not installing. Then the driver installed but the registration pop-up never showed so i went to my driver manager and noticed the driver had a yellow flag. I tried to update the driver and got a message that this operation requires an interactive window station. I disabled my security system with no change. Can you help me resolve this issue. |

I uninstalled the tigerjet composite device under usb host controller.
When reinstalling I selected c:\windows\inf for any tigerjet direct devices.Always selecting the generic option ver 5 over version 1 of tigerjet.
The installer adds several devices host controller,root hub,human device interface.If all goes well the magic jack appears in my computer as a usb drive.Then run the install from the usb drive.
This worked on my dell d510. |
