I received my replacement MJ today and was wondering if there is a way to make it think it is my old one. I would like to keep my old number. Any ideas are appreciated. |

Did you try Customer Service? I would go there first. Although others have had a less-than-positive experience on occasion, mine has been good.
I would think it should be pretty straight forward to change the numbers, but who knows? |

I have tried a couple times. They said something about my serial number being tied to my old device. I haven't really received any help from them but I'll try calling again and maybe someone new will answer. |
