is anyone using ipkall forwarded to gizmo & to Trixbox

I am not getting incoming calls now

the incoming setting is

host=proxy01.sipphone.com
username=16556192882
secret=good
insecure=very
nat=yes
port=5060
qualify=no
dtmfmode=inband
context=from-trunk
canreinvite=no
type=friend

16556192882:[email protected]:5060

how to correct it , thnx
