I have had the MJ for 16 or 17 months and have noticed the USB connector (not that extra wire) is becoming very loose and my guess it will soon break away from the box totally (which has also separated a few times and I have had to push it back together again).

Anyone else notice this? I would have expected they spend a bit more time insuring that the USB connector be well secured to the MJ board in the box.

Well anyhow this is the FIRST TIME I have been suitably impressed by tech support. After some funny interactions with the 1st line support person who wanted to troubleshoot the thing and software despite my insisting it was a hardware problem, the supervisor got on and will send me another one. I have a week or something like that to send back the original without getting charged (except for the postage back to them of course).

Congrats:

You must be living right!!!!
Just be sure that when the replacement MJ arrives that you get back in touch with tech support to have your old number transferred to the new device. If you just plug in the replacement beforehand, you will be scrooged,,,,and your original number will be irretrievably lost
