Grrrr! I've chatted with MJ agents many times, contacted AT&T Uverse Voice team and no one can help. I can enable call forwarding from MJ to my cell phone, no problem... as soon as I enable to my Uverse land line (VoIP also), bust! Once enabled and I call the MJ number, it's a message saying it's a non-working number.

HELP!!

My MJ does that when I forward it to my Cell phone. When I call my MJ number when it is forwarded to my cellphone, it says that the number is not in service, however when other people call my MJ number, they can get through to my cell phone successfully. Try calling your MJ number with another phone that is not associated with your Magic Jack.

If I enable call forwarding from MJ to land line, I use my cell phone to see if it's working. This is when I get the message saying it's a non-working number.

If I enable call forwarding from MJ to cell phone, I use the land line to see if it's working and it goes through just fine.

So I'm using a completely different phone to do the testing with...
