So i have to use my other phone to place the call. This is a serious issue for me since i place lot of international calls, Can any one notice this kind of wierd behaviour? You should be able to use the buttons on the softphone when asked to enter button commands. You might also try a different phone plugged into your MagicJack. Hopefully MagicJack will address this soon.
