Hi all, I am kinda new here but an old mj customer. I live in India and I always used my family member's credit cards in the US for renewal. This year things changed when I tried several credit cards. Lastly they deducted 20 dollars from my cousin's account but never resumed my service. I couldn't get through to their tech chat and gave them a call to the billing dept so this agent tells me my account is under review and it is being investigated. He told me they will give me a reply within 5 days but it has been over a week now and I don't know what to do. Please Help! How do I contact them? |

In the past -- several years ago -- the under review often meant that you usage had exceed the "certain percentage over normal" use. As far as I know, it was never defined beyond that. Is your usage very high?

There is one thing I did not mention the other day; My MJ expired two months ago, so my account being put under review is the result of me trying to reactivate it with a handful of credit cards all belonging to my family members in the US as I am a foreigner here in India and it is quiet difficult to have a credit card as foreign student. And my average usage was 2 hours a week. I called the billing number again yesterday but another agent suggested I buy a new mj or wait for the review verdict with no timeline assured. I am now looking for alternatives and would appreciate if you guys suggested any other services. Thanks |

There is a whole section in here devoted to alternatives to MJ. |
