an update failed to exit a running instance of magicjack. I recently converted magicjack to a service. I tried stopping the service and got same message. Windows 7 IE8 |

I believe you need to plug the dongle back in to update your MJ. After the update, convert it to a service again, unplug and reboot. If I'm wrong someone will chime in soon. |
