my magic jack was not working...it was showing message "waiting for proxy registration" so after looking through forum i found out i need to do upgrade...
the computer on which magic jack is connected is running Windows XP..when the upgrade is run it shows the error message that this upgrade is not supported on the version of the operating system and there is only one "OK" button...and after clicking that button nothing happens...does anyone know how to solve this problem...

what service pack xp have v2 ? or you still on version 1?

i am on service pack 1....

it seems magic jack pushed newer updates which is causing the "waiting for proxy registration"....it seems i have to downgrade the software...is any body else facing the same problem?
