Upgrade SPs?

I noticed 2 days ago when I started to use my magicjack again that it said not to upgrade SP. WTF? I am sorry if this has already been stated, but why? Will this probelem be fixed? ANyone use it with the SP that they dont reccoment?

Yes, it's been mentioned before. I don't know about vista, but XP SP3 hasn't been a problem at all for me.
