Send my magicjack to my brother in England

I registered this magicjack here under my email and already have a number chosen. Now I will be sending this to my brother. How will he install the software so he can use the magicbox. Is there a site that he can access to download the software or will he need my email address/password and access my acct?

If he needs to contact support or chat, will he need my account information too?

It should do everything he needs automatically. If he needs support, the support is the chat applet at magicjack.com.

The software will automatically install once he plugs it in; in the off-chance that the magicJack needs to re-register, he will need your email and password. But that shouldn't be necessary.
