trouble paying bills, transfering money thru bank etc.

My only problem with MJ so far is the following:
When I try to pay a bill by phone or transfer funds from my bank, the MJ doesn't recognize the account numbers, PIN's etc.
I've tried both a corded and cordless phone. No positive results. No problems when I my cell phone or if I use a land line phone. Thinking it's a MJ problem.
Any help would be appreciated!

There is some problems with the DTMF tones .. most of the time
they work for me - but on several banks they do not work ..
I had more problems with Skype than MJ .. Try and use the
head set and then use the "dialpad" for the tones - this worked
for me - I knw pain in butt .. but what can you do ...?

I think I'm repeating what docooo is saying, but I find using the softphone works when the dial pad on the phone doesn't. Stewart checked out the DTMF on the latest upgrade and reported this issue was fixed, but I'm not sure whether the "upgrade" was later "downgraded".
