I had a little issue and foolishly thought tech support could help me... I provided her with my MJ phone # and within seconds she asked if my email address was [email protected] and if my password was XYZ... I was shocked... Luckily I was asking about my own device but its great to know MagicJack has strict security guidelines for its monkeys in the land far far away...
Anyone else have similar experiences?

I'd say that was a lapse. They should ask for different information and I would even question whether tech support should have your password. I don't know about other tech supports, but to ask you if that was your password could create some issues. Perhaps a more secure system and exchange could be pointed to as the next immediate improvement.
