problem with no hear?

I just got my magic jack and seems ok, but there is a occasional time when I call the magic jack phone and I can hear the person talking on it but they just keep saying hello, hello, they cant hear me even though i can hear them. It seems to happen couple times then works normal then does it again at times.

Any solution to this, I d hate to return it for the refund any help would be appreciated.
