I tryed to make a longdtaces call today and after dialing just got the dialtone again not sure what the problem is am in the 619 area

How are you trying to make the call?

If your MJ softphone is down in your system tray, there is usually a short delay for it to open when you press talk on your phone.

I press talk first on my phone and after I hear the dial tone, I enter the 10 digit number I'm trying to call. This may or may not be your problem....but if you are dialing your number first then hitting talk, this could be your problem.

Also, some phones have been known not to work very well with MJ......mine works 100% of the time.

thank you tech supprt told me to remove my MJ and plug it back in and it worked now I can make long distace calls thanks for your help
