Trying to use MJ overseas...Error 3

Registered the Phone # in FL
Now in the Caribbean...
Trying to call home, but keep getting same error..

This MJ worked for me at home...where can I start to figure out the problem?

Then it is your internet connection and has nothing to do with magicJack.
