How to stop the ad from showing up

This method prevents the ad from showing up completely.

I noticed the web address of the ad is http://67.90.156.68/msgs/rotate2.html - I don’t know if this is the same for everyone, but what I did was place http://67.90.156.68 under “Restricted Sites” in Internet Explorer’s options. Now all that shows up is a blank white space where the ad used to be.

Tried it, works great....now you just need to find a way to put a video viewier in that space

Yeah .......

A white window vs. ads .......... Nice idea but since my softphone only comes up when a call is activated, I'll stick to not fooling with it.

I really don't mind the ad's that pop up on the MJ screen. It's also used to let us know some of the latest news from MJ such as the AT&T International calling they have set up now.

brand new to mj, your tip was great. now, can you tell me how to improve call quality? voices break up and skip words at both ends of call.did online chat last nite, what she told me made it 100x's worse, so I went back and did her instructions backwards to get back to where I stated. Keep in mind I am an old lady who is not real computer savvy, my son got me mj because I'm low income and getting rid of ph bill would be great. donna
