Call Forwarding

Post by joevv »

I've been trying to forward my calls to either my cell or my landline but does not work.
3 days with tech chat and no resolve. Any one else have this issue? Its driving me crazy..
BTW I have 3 mj's and can't forward calls on any of them.

Problem solved. Tech chat came thru on this one. you have to enter the number is this format. 1-area code-phone number
(1-xxx-xxx-xxxx) now it works fine.

That must e different for different area codes. I've been successful forwarding calls
to both my cell phone and my home phone by just entering (xxx-xxx-xxxx)

Strange. :?

When call forwarding wouldn't work for me, restarting MJ got call it to work perfectly.

FINALLY! Thanks Joevv adding the 1 and entering the number with the dashes did it. I too have been frustrated about call forwarding not working. Now MJ works just about perfectly for me.

Biscuit, it had to be a coincidence because plugging in the MJ device has nothing at all to do with call forwarding. Call forwarding does not know if the MJ device is plugged in or not.
