MagicJack THIEVES - Incompetent CustServ - TERRIBLE!

On July 19, 2008 MagicJack updated page allowed me to change my number to my 518 area code - Albany. So I did. As I soon found out the the 518 code was still "inactive" "518 is not working yet". Was advised by CS chat to "change it back" to 845 area code in order to use the MagicJack. So I did. On July 24, 2008 I noticed that the 518 area code was now officially "active", so I tried to permanantly make this number change. MagicJack now wanted $10 to make the change. CustService chat was WORTHLESS, never understood this was MagicJacks imposed problem or didn't care. 2 hours with "chat" and was still back to square one, they demanded $10, never addressing that it was their imposed mistake in the first place. I repeated and repeated the reason I shouldn't be charged for the change, they just kept repeating their ignorant question. GOT NO WHERE WITH THEM> Please, does anyone have a direct email address to Borislow or management or a phone number or even a corporate address - I am royally pissed about this STUPIDITY and INCOMPETANCE - it appears there is no way to get directly in touch with someone with a brain in that company, if one actually exists.
