Aftere first install, works. After a reboot, will not load.

On initial install, software loads and opens fine. Perfect calls and features. After a reboot of computer, will not recognize MJ. Upon a system restore to BEFORE the initial install session, loads software (initial load sequence) and works fine during that initial session -as before. Again, on reboot, will not load. Any Ideas? It only seems to install and work if there is NO trace of MJ on the system.

What's your operating system version?

When I contacted MJ chat support, tech support rep "Jennifer" inquired re: my operating system. When I replied, "WinXP SP3," she informed me that MJ is currently not compatible with SP3. She advised me to either downgrade to an earlier version of WinXP or wait until MJ fixes the compatibility problem "soon."

Rather than downgrade back to SP2, I decided to wait for the MJ software upgrade. In the mean time, if I have to reboot, I run MJ upgrade to get MJ to start up.

Amazing answer - thanks. It is always comforting to know a problem is not one of a kind. You are absolutely right in that if I run the update, it also fixes the problem. We have the same issue. Did they give you any idea when the "fix" would be out or how we will now when it is?
