Received MJ Monday and installed. I did not have a regular phone to test it with, so put MJ on forward to my cell phone and it worked great. People who called the MJ number were forwarded to my cell. I was very pleased.
Bought a regular phone and took MJ off forward so calls would go to the new phone that is hooked directly to MJ. When someone calls my MJ number they get a message that this is a non-working number. I can make calls out.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

non -working number
Got on the chat help line. Someone was on line in just a few seconds. I was expecting to have to wait for a while, so was totaly amazed that I had an almost instant response.
They had me run an update and it fixed the problem. I ran an up date when I received two days ago, so not sure what changed since then. Maybe it's like a PC. When your're having a problem, reboot first and go from there.
