Codec Question

I like most am using magicjack along with Grandcentral for my phone. I was wondering if anyone had an idea what codecs MJ and/or Grand Central support? I did a little searching around but didnt see much.

Magicjack uses G711A G711U and iLBC

sorry I kind of forgot to ask which codecs are prefered and why. Or possibly what the best quality/bandwidth/line compatability combo would be.
