Help: Outlook hangs up since installing Magicjack

I hope someone can offer some advice. I installed Magicjack last week and since then Outlook often hangs up. I have to close it with the Task Manager. I want to uninstall MJ but it does not appear on my list of programs that can be uninstalled. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I use Windows Vista on a Gateway laptop.

Does Outlook hang even when MJ isn't running?

Yes, Outlook hangs up even when MJ is NOT running.
I have only tested MJ twice since I installed it so it has hardly ever been running.
