connection problem

I have a problem that seems impossible. I can make all calls except to land lines. The call dials, rings, but when the phone is picked up thre isn't any audio.[font=Arial Black] [/font][s

I have spent two sessions with C S no results. called ips no results. comcast is ips.

I have solved my problem by add ram. I only had 512 mgs added 1gig. ALL IS WELL LOUD AND CLEAR ON ALL CALLS

512M should not have been a problem unless you have tons of stuff running at the same time. I have a 1.1GHz celeron with only 384MB (the original 128M and an additional 256M) and not only does it run fine for web browsing but MJ works great too.
