Re-Registring magicJack

Hi,

I wonder if somebody can help me . I have activated my MJ before but I forgot the Email and the password that I used at first time of activating the device . I formatted my MJ and re-plugged it to USB but its still asking me for my email and password .

Can somebody tells me how can i do new activation from the beginning by using new email address and password ?

Will appreciate any helps .

how many eMail addresses do you have ...
why not just click the "forgot my login" and then try all your eMail accounts to see which one is accepted, if it was any, and if it's really yours. ... then you can just go to the eMail address that was accepted for forgetting your login option

I have tried the email address that should be linked but it kept telling me that it's not the correct email or password. im really frustrated .

did you save the welcome to magicjack email in your mail inbox? .... if so, just look at your various email accounts till it shows up, or, maybe you originally entered the wrong spelling, by accident and now it's in limbo, so... I'd say do what the other member said "...Contact magicjack support."

Is there a way to re-register a MJ? When I got my 2nd MJ I selected "Add a Number" but I used a different email address from the 1st one so I essentially setup 2 accounts. How can you start from scratch?

Change your MJ serial number is the only way I know of unless MJ support can remove your record from their database.
