MJ doesn't initialize

Hi,

After doing an autorun from the mj drive, it comes to Initializing MJ and after going to about 75% on the status bar it disappears and doesn't do anything. When I go look at the Processes I see the mjsetup.exe there but not doing anything. I tried unplugging and plugging back MJ in, tried using the update from MJ but nothing seems to fix this problem. Somebody please help me with this. Thank you in Advance.

Instead of running mj from autostart, try creating a shortcut to "C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp\magicJack.exe" /foreground /scf _magicJackPersonalDataRoot "G:\magicJack" including the quotation marks. Replace YourUserName with the appropriate entry & replace G: with the drive letter of your magicJack drive. Using this command might resolve your problem.

I will try using the shortcut, but I never got the application to come up before (doesn't that mean it never setup properly?).

be sure you kill the mjsetup.exe process before you restart mj.

Yes I did kill my mjsetup.exe process before trying it again.

As I mentioned before I never got the MJ to install, never got the application to run. I have posted the pictures of processes when the MJ is being setup. What is weird is that there are two mjsetup.exe processes. Is this normal? And yes I didn't have the mjsetup running before (meaning a fresh start). So at the end as I mentioned before it goes through about 75% of initializing and then just disappears. When I go check the processes I see mjsetup.exe there but not doing anything. I waited for like 10 minutes and still nothing happened.
