My Magicjack does not install.........

Today I got my magicJack and plugged it into one of the USB ports on my desktop as requested. Instead of doing the automatic installation, my system showed the usual driver install wizzard asking me to provide the location of the Device Driver. Obviously my system may be missing something. In any case does any one of you have an idea what I can do? I searched for Device Driver for this device but I could not find any. my gut is telling me that my system may be missing some generic driver which is required for the automatic installation of magicJack.

Maybe you should provide some more info like what your system is. That might help people determine what is the cause. People can only help based on the info you give them.
