Problem with Windows PDA cell phones

i have been using the magicjack for about 2 weeks now and i have only one complaint. I can not make calls to any body i know with a cellphone with windows installed on it. i will hear it ring on my end after i call them but they never hear it ring. it will ring for about a minute then give me a dial tone. they can call me just fine. at first i thought it was just alltel, but my mother has an alltel phone and it called her just fine.

so ive been trying to call my brother and his girlfriend (both with the same phone and service) and it won't work. today i tried to call my boss' cell phone which is a different phone that has windows. and his did the same thing.

any suggestions?? will anyone call someone they know with windows on a cell phone and get back to me? thank you very much

I can call my Sprint Motorola Q9C running wm 6.0 using magicjack with no problem. Maybe only Alltel smart phones are affected. Good luck.

No problems calling my Sprint Mogul (WM 6.1).

well its kind of confusing because i try to call my boss who has AT&T phone. it could be just me?
